Gosh wei. This blog is soooooooo dead.

I know some of you people who still drops by to visit the blog but.. for what, i don't know. If you expect someone to be contributing something, why don't YOU? lazee lah you people i tell you. Even the great yuj is so much more hardworking. You all make me proud of myself =x

SO anyways.
I finally started uni. You know how they say you always wish for something that you don't have? (well of course lah who would wish for something that they ALREADY have) I mean like, you don't appreciate what you have until you lose it.. haha. I had 6 months hol before this and i wanted to start class sooo badly at 1st; but now I'd trade my classes for another break. ANYTIME. Yeh. And my classes only started like what, 3 days ago lolllll... that's only about 4 hours of lecture.. wahahha x)

And i miss taylors more than ever. You know how i used to always say i would never wanna go back there again..? You know how we always say everyday go asia = no life?

WRONG!

UTAR PJ = NO LIFE.
(especially without a car)

Seriously. I'm like totally at lost to what can i do during break... and my break can be up to 3-4 hours sometimes. My ~~cafetaria~~ canteen is SOOOO puny it's only one third of taylor's cafetaria. And there's only one stall - mixed rice/beehun/kuey teow/ whatever they serve. If i want to eat out, there's only 2 road side mamak stalls in walking distance. It's damn sad. I mean it. After eating which prolly only takes bout 10-15 mins, rest of the time would be spent - stoning. Or if lucky, i get to play ping pong (which is a wheeee!). There's really nothing else you can do here. (Nerds, read some books lol).

I can honestly tell you, I miss AC soooo much everyday =/

So much that i went Asia on the 1st day of uni after classes. Hahahaha. For pool, foos, food and ftz. i spent FOUR hours there. Don't say no life kay. AC IS LIFE. Word.

Alright. This is the 3rd time i'm going there this week. Yes it's a wed today =) haha. Adios guys! And.

it was a kind of last minute thing, so thanks to those who made it, and thanks also to those who wanted to come, but couldn't.

After tossing her books on the sofa, she decided to grab a snack and get on-line. She logged on under her screen name ByAngel213. She checked herBuddy List and saw GoTo123 was on.She sent him an instant message:

GoTo123: LOL You watch too much TV. Why would someone be following you? Don't you live in a safe neighborhood?

Meanwhile.....GoTo123 went to the member menu and began to search for her profile.When it came up, he highlighted it and printed it out. He took out a pen and began to write down what he knew about Angel so far.Her name: Shannon Birthday: Jan. 3, 1985 Age: 13 State where she lived: North Carolina Hobbies: softball, chorus, skating and going to the mall.

Besides this information, he knew she lived in Canton because she had just told him.He knew she stayed by herself until 6:30 p.m. Every afternoon until her parents came home from work.He knew she played softball on Thursday afternoons on the school team, and the team was named the Canton Cats Her favorite number 7 was printed on her jersey. He knew she was in the eighth grade at the Canton Junior High School. She had told him all this in the conversations they had on- line.He had enough information to find her now.

Shannon didn't tell her parents about the incident on the way home from the ballpark that day. She didn't want them to make a scene and stop her from walking home from the softball games.Parents were always overreacting and hers were the worst. It made her wish she was not an only child. Maybe if she had brothers and sisters, her parents wouldn't be so overprotective.By Thursday, Shannon had forgotten about the footsteps following her. Her game was in full swing when suddenly she felt someone staring at her. It was then that the memory came back She glanced up from her second base position to see a man watching her closely. He knew he had found her.Quietly, he walked a safe distance behind her. It was only a few blocks toShannon's home, and once he saw where she lived he quickly returned to the park to get his car. Now he had to wait. He decided to get a bite to eat until the time came to go to Shannon's house. He drove to a fast food restaurant and sat there until time to make his move.

Shannon was in her room later that evening when she heard voices in the living room. "Shannon, come here," her father called.He sounded upset and she couldn't imagine why. She went into the room tosee the man from the ballpark sitting on the sofa. "Sit down," her father began, "this man has just told us a most interesting story about you."Shannon sat back. How could he tell her parents anything? She had never seen him before today!

"Do you know who I am, Shannon?" the man asked.

"No," Shannon answered.

"I am a police officer and your online friend, GoTo123."

Shannon was stunned "That's impossible! GoTo is a kid my age! He's 14. And he lives in Michigan!"

The man smiled. "I know I told you all that, but it wasn't true. You see,Shannon, there are people on-line who pretend to be kids; I was one ofthem. But while others do it to injure kids and hurt them, I belong to a group of parents who do it to protect kids from predators. I came here to find you to teach you how dangerous it is to talk to people on-line. You told me enough about yourself to make it easy for me to find you. You named the school you went to, the name of your ball team and the position you played. The number and name on your jersey just made finding you a breeze."

Shannon was stunned. "You mean you don't live in Michigan?"

He laughed. "No, I live in Raleigh. It made you feel safe to think I was so far away, didn't it?"

She nodded.

"I had a friend whose daughter was like you. Only she wasn't as lucky. The guy found her and murdered her while she was home alone. Kids are taught not to tell anyone when they are alone, yet they do it all the time on-line. The wrong people trick you into giving out information a little here and there on-line. Before you know it, you have told them enough for them to find you without even realizing you have done it. I hope you've learned a lesson from this and won't do it again. Tell others about this so they will be safe too?"

"It's a promise!"

That night Shannon and her Dad and Mom all knelt down together and thanked God for protecting Shannon from what could have been a tragic situation.

as for me,
holidays has been absolutely fantastic!
okay, fantastic doesnt even begin to describe it.

i went to langkawi wif some of my tmn tun friends ...
i guess u could guess how it went, wat wif cards plus duty-free stuff.

did i mention i love kayaking?
i went kayaking for two days, the islands there r absolutely gorgeous.
langkawi has to be my favourite island.
for now at least ... :)

the hotel dat we stayed at wasnt exactly 5 stars or anything,
but i hav to say it's damn cool,
the 3 rooms we had were all connected, so it's like this L-shaped,
n we can just walk into each other's rooms anytime we like.
plus it wasnt like those typical hotels wif a zillion floors dat u take forever to get to ur room.
ours was more like mini-houses, complete wif tiny gardens n a porch.
i cant believe i forgot to take a pic of it!

and the best part was, the beach's just across the road!
so we could go there anytime we like.
there were restaurants n shops within walking distance too.
sounds excellent, doesnt it?

hehe i forgot to mention we rented a scooter too!
so i had my first ever experience of "rempiting"
imagine this,
a scooter, a lovely star-strewn night sky, cool night breeze blowing in ur hair,
roads absolutely cleared of all traffic,
n to top it all off,

a HANDSOME guy on that scooter with you.

yeah man! is dat the life or is dat the life!!

haha ...

so anyway i heard from cuz's mum dat results would be out on 19th,
n i told my frens dat,
so we, the only 4 sam people there decided,
let's stay up all night!
and as soon as cc opens at 7, we'll go there together to get our results at the same time!

predictably, my frens dozed off at about 1.
anyway i decided to pull it off on my own,
played, or more like watched ppl play cards n kaypoh till about 5,
when i decided wat the heck. dat sounds so kiasu, getting ur results first thing when it comes out.
so i went ahead to sleep.

when i woke up two of my sam frens announced,
"we went to cc just now ...
entered in the ssabsa website and waited .....
then this notice came out,
RESULTS WILL BE OUT ON THE 20TH OF DECEMBER."

anyway since it was confirmed on the 20th,
n it also happened to be the last nite of our stay,
we got high that night :P

so the very next day, when we were still feeling like crap,
n some of my frens only had an hr of sleep,
we trudged down blearily to the nearest cc,
mouths too dry to speak,
palms all sweaty,
our hearts thumping at top speed,
dragons flying like crazy in our stomachs,

As the title speaks. Oh my gosh this blog is sooooooooooooooo deadddd! What happened to all the moderators weih -.- and the admin! Where you all went la? Went holiday also at least post some pics la let us see ur pretty faces ^^

Btw, here's just a little update from me. Noo didn't go much of holidaying.. just a little trip to cameron and a few gatherings here and there, primary and sec school classmates all. Semangat right! So g10-ners! We must buck up and hv a gathering too! Someoneee plssss T_T

Anyway.. i wonder how are u guys' application for uni going on? Nobody ever mentions anything -.- As for me, for now it's either MMU or UTAR.. before i check out more about it during edu fair this coming weekend that is. I'll be doing IT, most likely in software programming and stuff. Pretty weird choice, to think that from being pure science to partial science partial art (econs) to completely technology... ahha! But i guess it's how it works for me.

So well, as i mentioned earlier, i went to cameron. I was with my family.. so yeah, boring.. you know how it sounds. On the way back, we made a little detour to check out UTAR's new campus in kampar. For those of you who doesn't know where kampar is, it's a small town somewhere in perak. The campus was said to be one of the biggest projects happening, because it is supposedly going to be HUGE and GRAND.. like those campuses in overseas. Get the picture?

So yeah.. we happened to go there, and found out there is already an established TAR college branch there, and it's bigger than the TAR college in setapak o.o! And for those of you who doesn't know how big is TAR college in setapak, as i would describe to dinesh, it's probably 4 times bigger (or more) than taylor's puny campus. Yeap! That's right. Why not.. when they hv soccer fields, 3 basketball courts, an olympic pool and so and so facilities. Even their library is a block by itself! Sounds awesome? The new UTAR was supposedly much bigger than that =)

Haha back to what i was saying.. yeah, we went to check out UTAR. To our surprises, the whole campus itself is like surrounded by lakes! Mining lakes, yeah, but it's as clear as crystal okay.. The view is seriously, what i call breathtaking. Sad to say though we weren't allowed in because it was still under construction, and we were unlucky enough because when my mum tried asking the fella to let us in just to take a small round, he said 'boss ada dalam.. saya tak bleh buat apa-apa la' .. boo hooooo =(

So.. disappointed with the fact that we couldn't get in.. we took pictures instead! And then went to satisfy ourselves with kampar's delicacies.. nyum =)! But it's a trip worth taking note though.. my dad was actually saying 'eh after retirement come here and stay not bad ah'.. which is true, because the place itself seems to be developing quite rapidly.. now with UTAR opening up (which is said to cater about 20k of students according to my dad.. i wonder o.o!).. there are like many new shophouses and 3 storey houses up in construction.. pretty nice houses actually. I think somewhere in the near future it's gonna be a town just like subang! Haha.. till then they'll hv pool and foosball tables as well, something like ASIA! Woohoo! The excitement of it! Hahaha

Message: This is a true story of a young college gurl who past away last month, at shah alam. her name is Priya.she was hit by a lorry.

i dont wanna mention the name of the college. She have a boy friend named Shankar. he stays in johor. both of
them are true lovers. they always hang on the phone. u can never see her without her handphone.

she spends 3/4 of the day talking with shankar. both of them used maxis. Priya's family knows about their
relationship. Shankar is very close with Priya's family. (just imagine their love)

Before she passed away she always told her frens

"If I pass away please burn me with my handphone"

she also said the same thing to her parents.

after her death, ppl cant carry her coffin. i was there. a lot of them tried to do so but still cant.
everybody including me, had tried to carry the coffin, the result is still the same.

Eventually, they called their neighbour, a "bomoh" from thailand (pak Darin), who is a fren of her
father. he took a sit and started speaking to himself slowly. after a few minutes, he said
"this gurl misses something here".

then her frens told Darin bout her intentions to burn her with her phone. He then opened the coffin and place
her phone and SIM card inside the casket. after that they tried to carry the coffin. it could be moved and they carried it into the van easily. all of us were shocked. (can u feel the fear. i'm shaking at this moment)

Priya's parents didnt inform Shankar that Priya had passed away. (pity Shankar). after 2 weeks Shankar
called Priya's mom.
Shankar :...."Atte, I'm coming home 2day. cook something nice for me. dont tell Priya that i'm coming home 2day. i wanna suprise her."

her mother replied....."u come home first, i wanna tell u something very important."

after he came to shah alam, they told him the truth about Priya. Shankar thinks that they were playing a fool. he was laughing and said "dont try to fool me. tell Priya to come out. i have a gift for her. pls
stop this nonsense".

then they show him the original death certificate to him. they gave him proof to make him believe.(Shankar
started to sweat)

he said... "its not true. we were spoke yesterday. she still calls me."
Shankar was shaking. suddenly, shnakar's phone rang.

"see this is from Priya. see this..."

he showed the phone to priya's family.
all of them told him to answer.he talked using the loudspeaker mode. all of them heard his conversation
loud and clear. no cross lines, no humming. it is the actual voice of Priya & there is no way others could
use her simcard since it is nailed inside the coffin

they were so shocked and asked for pak darin's help again. pak darin brought his master (Tok Chen) to solve
this matter. he & Darin worked for 5 hours. than they discovered one thing...

tok Chen was sweating. his face was red .

"i just cant believe this. it's quite amazing" he said. " i didn't think that this could actually happen.unbelievable!

Oh My God! Maxis is the best line,ever. we can still keep in touch even when we're dead!! Talk about coverage!!! Best coverage ever!!! where can i get the SIMpack?"

The news today hit me like a swing on the head.

Moments earlier, I, well, kept saying "where the hell is dinesh when we're supposed to have DI today! Doesn't know how to put his priorities right!" and started cursing under my breath:
Damn why won't you listen when i told you to be home early and make sure you come early for DI tmr. Worse now u didn't even turn up. Didn't even turn on your phone =.= zzzzzzz.....

Shit wei. I can't believe he got into an accident and ended in ICU. Wth.

I can't help feeling horrible when i saw him lying helplessly on the bed today.. couldn't move his legs, and barely able to give a grin. He was suffering alright.. why don't the nurses do something already? Like pain killers or sth?? Although we all know him as a 'wussy' for being cold easily, he's still BIG and well, that makes him seem more like someone who's invulnerable.. and i'd never thought i'd see him like that. Ouch =(!!!

My gosh.. reading just that title entry dinesh posted days ago really makes me cry.. can't tell you how much i appreciate your friendship dinesh! you're always kind and generous.. not forgetting you're a really really nice guy.. always there to help.. though at times you could be annoying when you start getting lame and all.. but that's just cause we influenced you to be more lame.. how far ive come

How crappy it felt when i had to repeat sam again. My whole mind goes blank as i walk up da gates for da 2nd year running. 4 da 1st time in my entire life i felt nervous. Walking halfway into college half my mind wanted to walk back to da car and speed away from dis hell on earth (and i still call it my hell on earth, only with some angels around somehow). But then i decided to face my fear and walk into da class where g10 were supposed to be in. The 1st person i was destined to meet was penny, our class rep. She nicely talked to me by saying 'oi! u supposed to be in our class is it??'. i quietly walked into da class, oblivious to da fact dat some ppl were staring at me. I decided to sit at da furthest corner of da class. After a few minutes dis chick next to me said hi to me, saying her name's jaslyne. She was wearing a chelsea shirt dat made me think to myself 'im gonna hate dis gal'. but she turned out to be very friendly, even started to rant on about how hot petr chech was supposed to be. Next to her was dis other chick wearing a red shirt, being equally nice to me, who went by da name of yu jin. This gal's one of those chicks dat are hard to describe but are da nicest of gals around. It was then i started to think dat dis year will not be dat bad after all. it'll still be hell, but a somewhat ok kinda hell.. yeah watever. Anyways, as da days begin to pass by i started to know a couple more gals, namely li mae and pei chuin. and hence i discovered da only 4 gaylords in dis known world. This li mae chick was a weird character, always showing feline characteristics. And dis other gal pei chuin, decided to learn my sarcasm skills and unleashed its fury (or at least half of it) onto da other gals, whereby they put me to blame for it. And as the days go by, i begin to know more about our classmates. Tho there're to many to name here ill just briefly go through some of them, such as silas, dis guy who is quite good in cs and footy (tho im just a slight level ahead of him hehe). And then there are da 3 good friends ding, khe chia and e lyn whom have become immuned to my lameness which normally surfaces during lab classes. Not forgetting zarrin kausalya and ginny who always stick together like glue even after classes. lets not forget mr yap's fav student fong pei who can't stop doing wat he does best in class (take da hint ppl). To da others forgive me 4 not mentioning ur names but if i continue on it'll take 10 years before im done. As i was saying, as da days slowly turned to months i realised life wasn't dat bad repeating sam. Cos although i still have to go tru hell a 2nd time, i have a good bunch of friends dat'll help pull me outta da fire if i do get caught in it. Therefore ill like to take my hat off to g10 for helping me do da impossible and keeping me sane throughout dis ordeal. And special thanks goes to li mae jaslyne,yujin and pei chuin for being da best a close friend can possibly be and for always watching my back for me.. in lessons and all. therefore, here's a toast.. to g10!!!

Murder of TARC student

If you haven't already heard the news of snatch thieves, PLS READ THIS alright.. Just so in case some of you haven't already knew about the two murder incidents happening around TARC, yes, it's happening alright.. and it's horrendous.. because snatch thief nowadays not only take everything you have. Their parangs are not up for show anymore, they will slash you with it.

Can't believe how pple can be so cruel? Well, i'll illustrate the story.

One of the incidents took place in Wangsa Maju near TARC. It happened to this freshie who just started his course in TARC. He was walking home from a foodcourt when he was stopped by two men on a motorcycle, and was slashed in a struggle. The two men fled away with his wallet, leaving the poor fellow bleeding. Minutes after, he died.

5 mins after the murder, another victim was attacked by, suspectedly the same snatch thieves, around the same area (Taman Melati). He tried to run away but was caught up, and was slashed on the hand before the theives ran away with his money. Lucky for him though, he knew first aid and quickly went over a guardhouse and bandaged his arm - which was half hanging - to avoid loss of too much blood and also drank a cup of condensed milk to replenish his body sugar level. He survived. Thankfully.

Now, some of you might think that
"oh my gosh, thank god it's not happening in my area.."

Well, don't be too sure. From what I heard, TTDI also had similar cases of snatch theft victims being slashed. Just that they aren't reported. And now, don't think they only do it at night and when you're alone, or only to girls. In fact, they also do it during the day, when there are plenty of witness and unfortunately, also to guys. I've heard of one in TTDI that one girl was slashed by snatch thief as soon as she got down of her car, when she was only going to her friend's place to get something for awhile. They took her handbag and fled away on a motorbike after slashing her. Just so you know, there were a handful of witness, including her family who were in the car. But of course, they were too stunned to do anything in that splitting few seconds.

So DON'T you think that you won't be any less fortunate to face this. OR being in a one in a million chance to be one of the victims. Trust me, better be safe than sorry. Please warn everyone to be extremely cautious alright. AND BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL ON THE ROAD!

It's surprising to find today that girls can be as ganas as guys some times. Sad to say from a girl's point of view myself. Some girls can come up with anything just as scary as facing your death bed when you get them mad.. For real. I mean, girls on average are more emo than ~~all~~ most guys. It's like the sole reason to develop 'violent'-hood.. And mine starts from kindergarten.

Kindergarten - I LOVED pulling Felicia, Khe Cia, Chang Mei and Ginny's hair cuz it's long. I LOVED scratching Jing Yi, Pei Chuin and Hiang Qian cuz they are more adorable than I am. I LOVED having 'cold war's - the "hmph! i don't fren you anymore!" for a week, dat is - with everyone (Li-Mae, Penny and Evie particularly) cuz it's like the coolest thing to do.

Primary - I still LOVED pulling Moong Li's hair. I still LOVED scratching Zarrin. I also LOVED hitting Dinesh with a ruler cuz i can only see his nose (or rather, nostrils) when i look up, standing beside him. I LOVED talking bad behind Chuan Shen cuz he has all Jay Chou's album when i don't.

Secondary - I LOVED talking bad behind KC, Jas, Ying Fei, E Lyn, Reena.. etc. cuz they're way cooler, popular, good looking than i am. I LOVED 'getting' into fights with Sylvia and summon for Weng Shing, Wen Chung, Kiat Yee, Albert and Shanq Yeet to fight against John, Wenkie, Densearn and Silas who are representing Sylvia (5v4 i win xD!).

College - They're all my friends already anyway.

In conclusion: Girl bullies will make friends in the end!

PS: I'm starting to sense that boredom is beating the crap out of me (literally). Is there anywhere to dl the girl bullies vid? haha.. i wanna watchhhhhhh

as in really.. whenever i do my hw, she doesnt check it. she HAS TO HAS TO pick the day dat i DONT do my hw to check.. it's like, she has some hw radar on me..
